Booking & Payment Procedure

For bookings the Procedure will be as follows.

  1. To issue the voucher we need details as under:
    1. Confirmation & payment details by cutoff date provided by team
    2. Arrival and departure flight details to ensure timely pick-up and drop to and from the airport.
    3. Full names and Age of ALL the guest travelling
    4. Contact number of guests
  2. Before the EXPIRY OF TIME LIMIT, you are requested to deposit
    1. Full payment IN NEFT/ CHEQUE as per cutoff date provided in “ROOMS BLOCKED AND CONFIRMED MAIL”. If we do not hear from you, we will proceed to Auto release as per cutoff date.
  3. After depositing the payments please call (us on +91-9932081242) and scan and send the pay in slip with the FILE NUMBER against which the amount is deposited. You may also email us the particulars / scan copy of the pay-in-slips on TBA. Further please note in case you have deposited the payment & have not acknowledged on the above ID’s, the concerned / provider will Auto Release the accommodation booked on Time Limit on its expiry. In such a situation we will not hold ourselves responsible for the happening.
  4. All payments are subjected to realization. On realization we will acknowledge you with a confirmation email.
  5. For those who have made part deposits will have to make the full payment before the expiry of the final cut off date into the Bank as per the details mentioned above.
  6. Kindly be informed that, ANDAMAN LOVE does not have a policy of dealing in credit. For availing the service, full & final payment has to be realised into the account before the arrival of the guest.
  7. Further please note incase the Full payment is not realized into our account 15 Days prior to arrival; the booking will be cancelled without any intimation / notice. Refund after charging cancellation, arising due to such happening will be returned through cheque / bank deposits in 7 working days. Any cancellation charges as applicable due to Hotel or fery tickets will be deducted and then amount refund if due.
  8. On realization of final & full payment we will issue the CONFIRMATION VOUCHER within 2-3 working days.
  9. On receipt of our final confirmation email, you are requested to issue, your service vouchers along with the FILE NUMBER written in the “booking confirmed by” column.
  10. Don’t forget to mention the below on your service voucher:
    1. Booking code which is our DN NUMBER.
    2. ANDAMAN LOVE EMERGENCY NUMBER for operations & Client reference are – +91-9932081242. Incase numbers are not reachable or busy kindly drop a email and the concerned person will revert back asap.


All cancellations are to be communicated in writing. Cancellation policy will be applicable ON FULL TOUR PRICE (transport, hotels & other services), in spite of any Flight / Train cancellation has affected the operation of the Tours.

Cancellation for packages
Cancellation is made Charges
Booking Date – 31+ Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 5% of total tour cost
31 - 16 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 50% of total tour cost
16 – 00 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 100% of total tour cost
  1. No refund for cancellations on bookings from 15th December – 15th January
  2. No refunds for unused nights or early check-out.
  3. Cancellations outside the cancellation policy will attract a 2% Cancellation penalty.
  4. No refunds would be offered on the government ferry tickets or Private (Speed Catamaran) tickets, if already purchased.
  5. NO REFUND for any unutilized services example – meals, entrance fee, optional, hotel, sightseeing, transportation (surface). All refund if due made will be in INR (Indian Rupees).
